So what is the Ultimate Playmaker Metrics (PMR)?
Our concept assigns a numeric value to each player profile based on player in-game performance – injured or not. The UPM scoring baseline is 44. A player of this caliber scores 30 or more points weekly, which has never happened since we started tracking NFL in-game production 11 years ago. However, Aaron Rodgers came in as our Ultimate Playmaker for 2011 with a rating of 37 for Points Per Receptions (PPR) and 41 for Standard Scoring (STD) format. In order to achieve, a rating of 41 (STD) this is what Aaron Rodgers accomplished – 533 total Fantasy Points, 20 or greater fantasy points 15 times, and 30 or greater 12 times. Now that is a Stud with Dominate Statistics!
Based on in game performance, the Ultimate Playmaker was Lamar Jackson with a rating of 37 for the 2024 season, at the QB position, in our Points Per Reception (PPR) System.
Based on 2024 in game performance, the Ultimate Playmaker was Lamar Jackson with a rating of 34 for the 2024 season, at the QB position, in our Standard (STD) Scoring System.
- Total SOS – Team
- ADP for each Player Profile
- QBR Rating for Quarter Backs
- Touches and Targets for RB, WR and TE for each Player Profile.
- Running back success rating by touch. Very Nice!
What is the UPM Drafting Concept?
The UPM concept gives you the information needed to select players who are trending up, we call this the break-out value. Our principle of drafting is to identify those players trending up. Players trending up tend to produce at higher percentages. When you select break-out candidates you can have multiple players simultaneously having career years. For Example, Our Analysis of the QB position over the last 5 years had several players who had bounce-back seasons, meaning players coming off a year where they only produced half of their normal in-game production. We suggest caution in selecting players in their bounce-back seasons because their value is not as strong as those players who have the – BREAK OUT VALUE.
Testimonials
Using the Ultimate Playmakers scoring toolkit helped me win my Fantasy Championships last year, and place in the top 3 in more than one league since 2006. The scoring system is different in how it calculates and ranks players for each position, and shows trending information in a way that I have not seen with other systems. I use the UP system during each of my drafts, especially in the later rounds. Last year, the scoring system helped me to pick up guys like Jimmy Graham, Victor Cruz, and LeSean McCoy. I highly recommend this scoring system if you’re just getting into FFB for the first time, or even if you’re a vet like me. Without a doubt, this system has the best scoring methodology for picking WRs I’ve ever seen because of the way they calculate the rankings…. I’ve got one word for YAC! – Chris Key
This is my 4th season in Fantasy Football, and my start to this hobby was rocky at best. Dewayne introduced me to his UPM draft guide and I won my first Fantasy Championship this season. We focused hard on December Bosses during this year’s draft and boy did it pay off. Just think we drafted and started Jarred Cook based on his past December production alone and his 31 point 2011 championship weekend. The UPM draft guide is just – Brilliant – Derick Champion
I have been using the UPM draft guide for 5 years now. I like the condensed draft look and feel with all key elements in one place. It covers most draft needs from Bye Weeks, SOS, PMR Trending and even more player profile metrics. In one of my leagues I won the championship 2 out of my first 4 years. In a new league I joined this past season I finished in 3rd starting my team with the UPM draft guide. We all know you need good fortune to get through the season without injuries to players, but the UPM draft guide will give you the best available information to start you off on the right foot. “Excellent Tool”. – Billy Crutchfield
I have been playing fantasy football for about 5 years. It is now one of my favorite hobbies but due to my recent marriage time is limited.

- Cynthia
