Dewayne Jones started playing fantasy football in 2000. Dewayne earned his Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. With a strong IT background, his competitive nature, along with drive to win, and his love for football, he decided to put some analysis into Fantasy Football, which spawned what he coins the Playmaker Rater and UPM Draft Guide. Dewayne tried fantasy magazines, web services and none got him close to winning fantasy titles until he birthed the UPM Guide.

Tawana Jones began participating in fantasy football in 2006. Tawana earned her B.S. Degree in Business from Devry University, and continued on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Project Management from Keller University, and is a Certified Project Manager. As a consulting project/program manager, with a strong aptitude for technology and business strategy, Tawana has supported many leading organizations in successfully launching their enterprise projects.  She is excited about working with the UPM team.
